About The Author

I am an enterprise AI transformation operator and University of Chicago Booth Chief AI Officer candidate. I built NegoIQ and VeraDraft through live experimentation, including a complete NegoIQ rebuild in five days during December 2025 that changed how I think about the future of knowledge work. This manuscript is written from implementation reality: what breaks, what scales, and what leaders must redesign across data, architecture, governance, and human adoption.
